I’ve traveled to 70+ countries (still trying to catch up to hubby’s whopping 105!). We’ve also traveled extensively with our daughter (she’s 5 and has already been to 17 countries), giving us a real perspective on what makes a trip exceptional—and what can make it unnecessarily complicated.

Our approach
